Kona Bananna Bread
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter (120 ml)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (240 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup mashed bananna (180 ml)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (320 ml)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder (3 ml)
- 1/2 tsp salt (2 ml)
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.

Stir in bananna.

Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Blend well.

Pour mixture into a greased 9" pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30-65 minutes.
